CybrLimo provides phone-answering and reservation software to licensed ground-transportation operators ("Operators"). When you call an Operator's business line to book a ride, CybrLimo's system helps take your reservation and, on the Operator's behalf, sends you a text message confirming it.
Your mobile number is collected verbally during your booking call and is used solely to send transactional messages about your reservation: a booking confirmation and, if applicable, a cancellation notice. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
Booking information is used to fulfill your reservation, confirm it by SMS, and maintain the Operator's booking records. We do not sell your personal information.
We use industry-standard providers to operate the service (telephony, text-message delivery, and secure cloud hosting). These providers process data only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Booking records and call recordings are retained as long as needed for the Operator's business records, then deleted. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. To ask about, correct, or delete your booking information, contact the Operator you booked with, or reach us at privacy@cybrlimo.com.
