CybrLimo provides reservation-intake and dispatch software to licensed ground-transportation operators. Transportation services themselves are provided by the Operator you book with, under the Operator's own terms, pricing, and policies. CybrLimo is the software platform, not the carrier.
Reservation details (time, locations, vehicle, price) are confirmed by the Operator. Quotes given during a call are honored by the Operator per their pricing policies. Changes and cancellations are handled by the Operator directly.
By providing your mobile number during a booking call, you consent to receive transactional text messages about your reservation (booking confirmations and cancellation notices) from the Operator via CybrLimo. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate booking information and to use the service only for lawful transportation requests.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMVG LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits the Operator's own obligations for the transportation services they provide.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
